Record Searches

Open the Oklahoma State Courts Network (OSCN) website: www.oscn.net. From the home page click on "Court Dockets" located at the top of the page.

If you know the case number, enter it on the left side of the screen and change the name of the county and click "Go."

If you do not know the case number click on "Search Dockets" which will bring up a new page. Select a county or "All Oklahoma Courts" then enter a last and first name (the rest of the fields are not required to complete a search). Click "Go."

After the search is complete you will see all cases with the names that were entered. Click on the appropriate case. Click on the "Document Available" link to view a document from the case. If there is not a link for a document or it says "Document available at the Court Clerk's office," you will need to contact the Court Clerk's office for a copy.

Most cases prior to 1994 will not be available on OSCN. You will need to contact the Court Clerk's office for these files.
